About  :  Amjad Ali Khan also known as Amjad Khan was born on 9 October 1945 is an Indian classical musician who plays the Sarod. As Khan was born into a musical family he was the best at playing sarod from the he started and has performed internationally since the 1960s. He was awarded India’s second highest civilian honor, the Padma Vibhushan, in 2001. Amjad Khan has recently been decorated with the 21st Rajiv Gandhi National Sadbhavna Award.
